TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS


In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and AIM
Notice 25, we would like to notify the market of the following information
regarding the total number of voting rights and capital in respect of the shares
of the Real Good Food which are admitted to trading on AIM:



Real Good Food has issued share capital comprising of 64,866,749 Ordinary
Shares of 1p with voting rights.



Real Good Food does not hold any shares in treasury.



Real Good Food does not have any other class of share which has voting rights.



Consequently Real Good Food' total number of voting rights is 64,866,749 and
this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in  Real Good Food, under the FSA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
