Offer Update

Further to the Company's announcement on 31 August 2005 that its all share offer
for Napier Brown Foods plc ('Napier Brown') had been declared wholly
unconditional the Company has today applied for a further 889,163 ordinary
shares in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, as consideration for
Napier Brown shareholders who have accepted the offer since the first closing
date. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on the 22 September
2005.
