Real Good Food plc, (AIM: RGD), the food manufacturing business specialising in cake decoration, announces that the Group's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 am on 31 October 2023 at One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.

The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 and notice of the AGM have today been posted to shareholders and are now available on the Group's website: www.realgoodfoodplc.com.
