Directors' Dealings

The Real Good Food Company plc ("the Group"), owns the largest independent non-refining distributor of sugar in Europe (Napier Brown), supplies bakery ingredients (Renshaw) and manufactures patisserie and desserts (Haydens Bakery)

The Group announces that it was notified today that on 30 March 2011, Pieter Totté, Executive Joint Chairman, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.75p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Pieter Totté holds 2,624,124 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
