Total Voting Rights

Following  the announcement earlier today of the completion of its  £25  million
placing,  the Company wishes to announce the following information  pursuant  to
the   Transparency  Directive's  transitional  provision  6,  with  effect  from
admission  of  the  shares issued and allotted pursuant to  the  placing  on  28
December 2006:

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure for total number of ordinary shares may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required  to  notify their interest in, or a change to their  interest  in,  the
Company  under  the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure  and  Transparency
Rules.
