Q1 Dividend Declaration

 

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM: RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.5 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, is pleased to announce its Q1 dividend declaration.

 

In accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a Q1 dividend of 0.875 pence per share for the period 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018.  The payment will be made on 27 July 2018 to all shareholders on the register as at 29 June 2018.  The ex-dividend date will be 28 June 2018.  This dividend will be a non-Property Income Distribution (non-PID).
