Issue of Equity

REI announces that on 4 August 2005, it agreed to issue 156,863 shares at 12.75p
per share as settlement of fees in relation to its recently announced
acquisitions.

An application has been made for the 156,863 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 12 August 2005.
