Change in Significant Shareholding

The Company was informed on 10 March 2006 that, on 9 March 2006, the personal
pension fund of Mr Andrew Perloff, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in REI
("Ordinary Shares").  In addition, Panther Securities plc, of which Mr Perloff
is chairman and a major shareholder, holds 950,000 Ordinary Shares and Eurocity
Properties plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Panther Securities plc, owns
3,250,000 Ordinary Shares.

Accordingly, Andrew Perloff is interested in a total holding of 4,700,000
ordinary shares, or 8.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
