Notifiable Interest
The Company received notification on 4 January 2007 that Royal Bank of Scotland
as Trustee of the 33 King William Street Growth & Recovery Fund had an interest
in 11,990,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in REI ("Ordinary Shares") as at 2
January 2007. This is equivalent to 3.52% of the Company's issued share
capital.
