Holding in the Company


The Company was notified today that on 9 September 2004 Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Plc ("Hoodless Brennan") sold 743,000 ordinary shares in REI.  Hoodless
Brennan now no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of
REI.


Hoodless Brennan's previously announced shareholding of 1,750,000 represented
5.72% of the issued share capital.  This was previously incorrectly announced as
representing 6.63%.
