Director's Dealing

REI  announces  that  today, Paul Bassi, a director of  the  Company,  purchased
3,000,000  ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary  Shares")  at  a
price  of  9.0p per share.  Mr Bassi's investment is through Bond  Wolfe  Assets
Limited,  of  which  he  is executive chairman and sole shareholder.   Mr  Bassi
acquired  the  shares  from the Company's chairman,  Peter  Lewin.   Mr  Lewin's
interests  are held by himself and Denton & Co Trustees Limited as  trustees  of
The Lewin Retirement Scheme of which Mr Lewin is the sole beneficiary.

As  a  result,  Mr  Bassi's total beneficial interest  in  the  Company  is  now
75,399,493  Ordinary  Shares representing 22.13 per cent. of  the  issued  share
capital  of  REI.  Mr Lewin's total beneficial interest in the  Company  is  now
5,850,000  Ordinary  Shares  representing 1.72 per cent.  of  the  issued  share
capital of REI.
