Director's Dealing

REI announces that on 10 October 2006, Paul Bassi, a director of the Company,
purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 9.0p per share.  Mr Bassi's investments are through Bond Wolfe
Assets Limited, of which he is executive chairman and sole shareholder.

As a result, Mr Bassi's total beneficial holding in the Company is 12,875,000
Ordinary Shares representing 14.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of REI.
