Directors Dealing


REI announces that on 2 May 2007, Paul Bassi, a director of the Company,
purchased 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 11.5p per share.  Mr Bassi's investments are through Bond
Wolfe Assets Limited, of which he is executive chairman and sole shareholder.
These shares were purchased from the wife of Peter Lewin, a director of the
Company.

As a result, Mr Bassi's total beneficial interest in the Company is 46,504,493
Ordinary Shares representing 13.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of REI
and Mr Lewin's total beneficial interest in the Company is 8,850,000 Ordinary
Shares representing 2.60 per cent. of the issued share capital of REI.
