Director's Dealing

REI announces that on 4 April 2007, Paul Bassi, a director of the Company,
purchased 2,229,493 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 11.5p per share.  Mr Bassi's investments are through Bond
Wolfe Assets Limited, of which he is executive chairman and sole shareholder.

As a result, Mr Bassi's total beneficial holding in the Company is 45,104,493
Ordinary Shares representing 13.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of REI.
