Director's Dealing

REI  announces that yesterday, Paul Bassi, a director of the Company,  purchased
500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of  10.875p  per  share.   Mr Bassi's investment is through  Bond  Wolfe  Assets
Limited, of which he is executive chairman and sole shareholder.

In  addition, further to the announcement made on 1 October 2007, Mr  Bassi  has
cancelled   the  derivative  financial  instrument  with  Kaupthing   Singer   &
Friedlander Capital Markets Limited in relation to 150,000 Ordinary Shares  and,
instead,  will  hold  the  Ordinary Shares directly through  Bond  Wolfe  Assets
Limited.

As  a  result,  Mr  Bassi's total beneficial interest  in  the  Company  is  now
60,154,493  Ordinary  Shares representing 17.66 per cent. of  the  issued  share
capital of REI.
