NOTICE OF REDEMPTION OF PREFERENCE SHARES

The Board of Directors of Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company") confirms that the Company redeemed all of its 44,962,834 Preference Shares (3,032,415 of which were held in Treasury) in accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation on Saturday 16 September 2017.

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 16 August 2017, following applications made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange, the Company also confirms that the listing of the Preference Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the trading of the Preference Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities were cancelled at 8.00am on 18 September 2017.
