Cell Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares a Cell ordinary dividend for ERII for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 September 2013 of 4.8 cents per share (a total amount of EUR 738,823). The dividend is to be paid on 31 December 2013 to Cell ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 06 December 2013.  The ex dividend date is 04 December 2013.
