Cell Ordinary Dividend for ERII LN (the Cell shares)

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces today that it declares a Cell ordinary dividend for ERII for the period 1 January 2013 to 31 March 2013 of 3.0 cents per share (a total amount of EUR 556,341). The dividend is to be paid on 12 July 2013 to Cell ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 June 2013.  The ex dividend date is 19 June 2013.
