Resignation of Non-Executive Director

REACT Group plc (AIM: REAT), the specialist provider of rapid response deep cleaning and emergency decontamination services, announces that Mr Simon Woolley, non-executive director, has tendered his resignation. Mr Woolley will leave the Board on 25 April 2017.

Simon leaves the Company under amicable circumstances, in order to free up time for other growing business interests. The Board thanks Simon sincerely for his commitment since his appointment and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

A replacement independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
