The Company has today received notification that Britel Fund Trustees Limited
have non-beneficial interests in 8,467,118 (previously 10,872,629) Trinity
Mirror Ordinary Shares and have fallen below the notifiable 3% threshold
(previously 3.73%) of the issued share capital.
