The Company has today received notice that UBS Asset Management Limited,
Phillips and Drew Life Limited and UBS Asset Management International Limited
have an interest in 31,954,072 (previously 32,173,988) ordinary 10p shares of
the Company. This represents 10.98% (11.06%) of the issued share capital of
the company.
