Publication of the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts

In compliance with  Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.1.3, Trinity Mirror plc ('the Company') confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 29 December 2013 (the '2013 Annual Report and Accounts') will today be published on the Company's website www.trinitymirror.com 

A hard copy version of the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts, together with the 2014 Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy forms will be sent to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications, on or about 7 April 2014. Shareholders who have not elected to receive paper communications will receive notification of the availability of these documents on the Company's website.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company confirms that the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts will today be submitted to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
