Adventis ('ATG/L'), the full service marketing and advertising agency, announces that its Adventis NMG financial services agency has been appointed by Foresters Friendly Society, to help in a major project to reposition the business for the future.

The first phase went live on 7 April with a new branding, a completely new range of customer literature and fully functional customer website. The agency developed the new brand after extensive research with existing and potential customers and has developed some innovative approaches to customer communications.

The contract, for an undisclosed amount, was won in tender and the project runs through 2008.

Because Foresters Friendly Society is a mutual, it is able to distribute a range of benevolence benefits to its policyholders, as well as provide value for money products. The launch of a new approach to literature was based on detailed evidence from customers which highlighted a real need to do things differently. We hope it will help raise the standard of understanding amongst customers and create exciting opportunities for Foresters Friendly Society to grow their business.'

Said Neil Armitage, Marketing Director for Foresters Friendly Society'We chose AdventisNMG because of their detailed knowledge of financial services and the consumer market.

We have been impressed with the way they use their market and customer insight to create impactful strategies and designs to support the relaunch of the new branding and products.
