Adventis Group PLC 12 August 2004 Adventis Group plc 12th August 2004 Adventis Group plc and NMG Financial Services Consulting Limited form Financial Services Advertising Agency Adventis Group plc ('Adventis' or 'the Group') and NMG Financial Services Consulting Limited ('NMG') are delighted to announce the creation of a new financial services advertising agency called Adventis NMG Ltd ('Adventis NMG'). Adventis, a specialist multi media marketing and advertising agency, floated on AIM in July 2004, in a placing that raised £3.6 million. In its prospectus issued at the time of the admission to AIM, it stated it was seeking opportunities to develop into certain strategic sectors, such as the financial services sector, in order to develop and expand its marketing and advertising services offering. NMG is a global provider of research and consulting services to the financial services industry with UK clients including HBOS, Scottish Widows, ISIS, Charcol and other prominent financial services institutions in the UK. NMG is well-known in the industry for their monthly omnibus surveys conducted amongst both consumers and independent financial advisers. Adventis NMG will be based at the premises of Adventis and will be headed by Nick Baker. Nick has a 20 year track record in marketing within the financial services industry, most recently at Egg Group Ltd where he was a director handling a wide portfolio of financial services clients that included major banks, life companies, insurers and fund management companies. The shareholdings in Adventis NMG will be split as follows: Adventis 51%, NMG 34% and Nick Baker 15%. Adventis NMG will be funded by a limited loan facility of £100,000 from Adventis. Adventis NMG has been established to offer customers pre-tested and researched marketing and advertising concepts. This will ensure that Adventis' advertising and marketing concepts in this sector can be pre-tested either with consumers or intermediaries prior to their presentation in a campaign to potential customers. Management believe that this will benefit Adventis in the formulation of appropriate advertising concepts and also demonstrate a more cost effective marketing spend to its customers. NMG believe the formation of Adventis NMG will enable them to give their clients a more complete offering by providing marketing and communication services.
