                             Grant of share options

Adventis, the full service multimedia marketing and advertising agency, today
announces that pursuant to the Company's Executive Bonus Scheme Charles 
Phillpot, Managing Director, has been granted options over 83,738 ordinary 
shares of 0.25p at an exercise price of 53.5p, which cannot be exercised for 
three years.
