                       Payment of deferred consideration


Adventis, the AIM-quoted full service multimedia marketing and advertising
agency, is pleased to announce that it has now made the third and final deferred
consideration payment in respect of the acquisition of Affiniti (UK) Limited,
(originally announced on 16 December 2004), consisting of £125,402 in cash.
