                               Additional Listing

The Company wishes to announce that it has issued 161,807 new ordinary shares at
31p, as part deferred consideration for the acquisition of Affiniti UK Limited,
which was acquired by the Company on 4 January 2005. Application has been made 
to have these shares admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock 
Exchange on the 26 January 2006
