Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and by connected persons

REA announces that it has received the following notifications in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority:

On 18 June 2012, that Mr M Parry, a PDMR, purchased in London on 18 June 2012 2,561 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 453.5 pence per share.

On 18 June 2012, that Angela Parry, being a person connected with Mr Parry, a PDMR, purchased in London on 18 June 2012 2,527 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 453.5 pence per share.

On 19 June 2012, that on 18 June 2012 Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited sold in London to Jane Elizabeth Landon, being a person connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence in REA at a price of 435 pence per share and that Jane Elizabeth purchased such ordinary shares at a price of 445.32 pence per share.
