Notification regarding director's shareholding

REA announces that, in accordance with the requirements of the FSA statement in January 2009 'Disclosure and Model Code obligations in respect of the use of shareholdings as security', it was notified on 8 September 2010 that Mr D H R Killick, a director holding 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p in the company, now holds 10,000 of such shares, representing 0.03% of the ordinary share capital, in a Lloyds deposit account as collateral for membership of the Corporation of Lloyds insurance market, following the transfer of 10,000 shares to his personal account on 6 September 2010.
