R.E.A. Holdings plc (the 'Company') was notified on 7 December 2007 by Mr R E
Landon, a person discharging managerial responsibility that his wife Mrs J E
Landon has purchased 3,675 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price
of £4.725 per ordinary share which have been registered in the name of Pershing
Keen Nominees Limited Account PUCLT.

Following this acquisition Mr Landon's total beneficial interest in the Company
is 58,011 ordinary shares of 25p which represents 0.1781% of the company's total
issued ordinary share capital.
