The Arbitral Tribunal has dismissed all claims by the Swedish company
Boliden Commercial AB against Rautaruukki. Furthermore, the Arbitral
Tribunal orders Boliden to compensate Rautaruukki's legal costs in
full.


The dispute concerned the premium components in the price of the zinc
bought by Rautaruukki. Boliden demanded a price differential payment
of around USD 17 million (EUR 13 million) from Rautaruukki.
