Total Voting Rights at 31 January 2007

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebook
transitional provision 6, the Company advises that its capital consists of
42,276,852 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights, unchanged in January 2007.
No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
