Further to the announcement made on 20 March 2015, J A Butcher's total shareholding following his 2014 deferred share award has been restated to 21,834 ordinary shares (from 14,434 ordinary shares) to reflect a 2012 bonus related deferred share award (and subsequent adjustments for dividends) which was not reflected in the original figure.
