On 1 May 2014 a director, Paul Stockton, exercised his option to purchase 483 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p granted on 29 March 2011 at £9.34 under the Company's HM Revenue and Customs approved Savings Related Share Option Plan 2009. Following this option exercise, the shares were registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction, he now has a beneficial holding of 53,408 ordinary shares (representing 0.112% of the total voting rights).
