Dividend Declaration

As announced in the preliminary results statement issued today, the Board is
recommending a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2003 of
16p per ordinary share, giving a total dividend for the year of 26p. Subject to
shareholder approval at the AGM on 5 May 2004, the final dividend will be paid
on 13 May 2004 to shareholders on the register on 16 April 2004.
