          NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS


The Company has been advised today that a Director, Mark William Fishwick
Leather has on 26 March 2002 transferred 66,650 ordinary shares from the M W F
Leather 1992 Discretionary Trust (in which he had a non-beneficial interest as a
Trustee) to his adult children.

The shares transferred were registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited
and represent 0.18% of the issued share capital. Following the transfer, he
retains the following holding in the issued share capital of the Company.
