On 13 April 2010 a PDMR, Robert Hughes-Penney, sold 714 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares at £9.06. 714 shares were subsequently purchased for his Individual Saving Account (ISA) at £9.10.

The shares are registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to his declarable beneficial holding of 19,583 shares (0.045% of the issued share capital).
