On 19 May 2010 a PDMR, Ivo Clifton, sold 3,800 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares at £8.625. 3,800 shares were subsequently purchased for his Individual Saving Account (ISA) at £8.635.

The shares are registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to his declarable beneficial holding of 20,117 shares (0.046% of the issued share capital).
