On 14 April 2009 a PDMR, Robert Hughes-Penney, sold 4,396 Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares at £8.06. 1,000 shares were subsequently purchased for his Individual Savings Account (ISA) and 3,396 for his Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) account at £8.0675. 

The shares are registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited and following these transactions there is no change to his declarable beneficial holding.
