On 10 March 2009, Tim Bolton-Carter, a PDMR, exercised an option over 5,500 Rathbone Brothers Plc Ordinary Shares of 5p at £4.15 granted under the Rathbone Executive Share Option Scheme 2000. The market value at exercise was £6.68 being the closing mid market price on 9 March 2009. The shares allotted were registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited. Following this option exercise, his holding is now of 31,337 shares (0.073% of the issued share capital).
