ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESOLUTIONS
NOTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LISTING RULE 9.6.18

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all the resolutions
proposed (which were contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 27 March 2008)
were passed.

Copies of the resolutions (other than those concerning ordinary business) will
be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through its Document
Viewing Facility.
