                              Additional Listing



Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission to the Official List of 750,000 Ordinary 5 pence
shares by way of Block Listing.

The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the Company's All
Employee Share Ownership Plan. These shares upon issue will rank pari passu
with the existing class of Ordinary shares.
