On 18 March 2014, The Rank Group Plc ('Rank') received notification from Aviva plc, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules that, as at 14 March 2014, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries ceased to have a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to ordinary 13 ⁸/₉p shares of Rank.
