Genting Berhad

On 10 May 2011, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received notification, under the obligations imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, from Genting Berhad that, as at 6 May 2011, Genting Berhad ceased to have a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to ordinary 13⁸/₉p shares in Rank.
