imposed by Section DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) from
Credit Suisse Asset Management Limited (acting in its capacity as a
discretionary investment manager on behalf of Sun Life Assurance Company of
Canada) that, as at 20 November 2007, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (UK)
Limited had a notifiable interest in the voting rights attached to 12,320,708
Ordinary 13 8/9p shares representing 3.15% of the total voting rights in The
Rank Group Plc.
