On 16 October 2007, the Company received notification from Deutsche Bank AG
London and its subsidiary companies (under the obligations imposed by Section
DTR5 of the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) that, as at 15 October 2007,
Deutsche Bank AG ceased to have a notifiable interest (i.e. its aggregate
shareholding is below 3%) in the voting rights attached to Ordinary 13 8/9p
shares of The Rank Group Plc.
