The Board announces that, further to its suspension from trading on AIM under
AIM Rule 8 relating to investing companies, it continues to actively seek
potential investment opportunities.



The Company is in early stage discussions regarding a potential reverse takeover
which may or may not lead to an offer.



A further update will be provided to shareholders in due course.
