Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the diversified financial services provider and jewellery retailer, confirms that notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") is available to download from the Company's website at https://www.ramsdensplc.com/ and has been sent to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at Treebridge Hotel, Stokesley Road, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, TS7 0NS on Monday, 28 February 2022 at 11am.
