At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held today, all the resolutions
were duly passed.  In his address to the meeting, the Chairman, Harry Dobson,
advised shareholders that the Company is seeking admission to the Toronto Stock
Exchange (TSXV), further details of which will be issued in due course.
