The Company was notified on 19 January 2010 that, following a disposal of Ordinary Shares on 18 January
2010, Smith & Williamson Investment Management Ltd are interested in 3,569,925 Ordinary Shares representing
approximately 4.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.
